Andrea Szalay, a 62-year-old Londoner from Highbury, embraced yoga after a transformative back surgery in 2002. After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali in 2017, she has since taught across various countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, India, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain, and Austria. Now teaching both online and in person in the UK, Andrea focuses her classes on individuals over 55. She passionately advocates for yoga's universal benefits, emphasizing its importance in self-care and wellness across all ages.
